Waterside Apartment, Lochcarron

Waterside Apartment has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people. All the rooms are on the first floor, which is reached via a flight of stairs from the front door at street level. The apartment is on the Main Street in Lochcarron close to all local amenities, shops, cafe, hotel bar/restaurant, filling stations, church, etc. There is free parking in a parking bay just across the street from the apartment.

Main Street runs along the north shore of Loch Carron, so the shore and the loch are directly across the road from the apartment - hence the name "Waterside Apartment"! The property faces almost due south, and therefore gains maximum benefit of the sunshine during the day.

Heating in the apartment is by electric radiators throughout; the cost of heating is included in the weekly tariff. The accommodation in the apartment is as follows - below is a collapsible list, so please click on each heading to reveal more information about each room:-

Lounge

	There is a large lounge which has magnificent views across Loch Carron towards Attadale and the hills and mountains to the south. Click on the photo to see a larger picture.
	The lounge is comfortably furnished with a 2-seater sofa, a 3-seater settee, a coffee table and book shelves.
	There is a TV and Hi-Fi system.

Kitchen/Dining Room

	The dining area is comfortably furnished with a 6-seater dining table and chairs.
	The kitchen area is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, cooker hood, microwave oven, and automatic washing machine. Click on the photo to see a larger picture of the kitchen.
	Outside, from the kitchen door at the rear of the building, there is an enclosed gravelled area which can be used for clothes' drying, etc.

Main Bedroom

	This has a double bed. Click on the photo to see a larger picture of the main bedroom.
	The main bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and a dressing table.
	The Velux windows in this room have superb views looking out over Loch Carron.

Second Bedroom

	This has 2 single beds. Click on the photo to see a larger picture of the second bedroom.
	There is a fitted wardrobe, bedside table and a chest of drawers.
	The Velux window in this room has excellent views looking out over Loch Carron

Third Bedroom

	This room has bunk beds and can sleep 2 people.
	There is a fitted wardrobe.

Bathroom

	There is a modern white bathroom suite, comprising of:- bath, wash basin, toilet, and bidet.
	The bath has an electric shower over, and a shower screen to the side.
