Waterside Apartment is available to let right throughout the year, and the prices for 2009 are as follows:-

5th September to 31st October inclusive	£350
31st October to 19th December inclusive	£295
19th December to 9th January 2010	£395

	All bookings are normally taken on a Saturday to Saturday basis.
	Short stays can also be considered, subject to availability - prices by request.
	The above prices are all inclusive of gas, electricity, bed linen and towels.
	The prices are for the property, *not* per person. There are no surcharges whatsoever.
	Bed and breakfast can also be arranged, by advance request, for short stay lets.
	A 20% deposit is payable at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
	In the event of cancellation, payments will be refunded only if we are successful in re-letting the week(s) you have booked. It is therefore wise to effect appropriate holiday cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
	In order to place a booking, we require a completed Booking Form together with payment of the appropriate deposit. Payment in full is required at the time of booking if there are less than 6 weeks remaining until the start of your holiday.
	You are advised to contact us in the first instance by phone or e-mail to check on the availability of the dates you require. If you wish to proceed with a booking, we will forward a Booking form by post for completion and return.
